First and foremost, we'd like to congratulate you on passing through the application process into the trainee phase. As a Trainee, you will receive a radio-frequency identification card to allow you access into the station. Please have the RFID card on display during ride-alongs and when conducting training(s). Your station wear will be issued once the formalities of the interviewed have concluded. (( You'll be told / shown what attire is appropriate at your rank ))

• Review the Firefighter 2 Curriculum (( You won't have access to this if you're an EMS Operator )).
• You can attend ride-alongs with members of the Recruitment and Training Division while you are attending the academy. (( If none are online but people are on duty, you can ride-along with any Emergency Medical Technician Technician/Firefighter II+ whose passed their probation. ))
