1.5: Reason for Termination: I want to clarify there was various reasoning behind my decision to leave a few days ago, it left me in two mindsets about whether or not I rushed my decision to leave. The reasoning is not severe and if you wish to understand my reasoning I will happily PM you regarding those. After some express thought, I figured I may have slightly miscalculated on my decision to leave.
Section II: Motivational Information
2.1: Why do you want to return to the Red County Department (min. 50 words): It's quite simple really, I've been on this server since 2011 and I've been focused solely on one faction; that faction has always been the Fire Department. Most people who know me, know that FD thrives within my blood (cringe as fuck, but heyho) this has always been my faction. It's all I ever enjoy doing. And I can't lie when I say I miss it because I do. I want to have fun, casual fun. I want to be back.
2.2: If brought back into the Red County Department what do you think you can change or make better (min. 50 words): Honestly, I've been back and most things in place are solid. Only needs to be built upon whatever foundations have been left by previous leadership. It has to continue on from there, perhaps theres a few smaller details that needs attention but I wouldn't say a lot needs to be changed or made better. Just continue to bring on the fun.
2.3: Why should we consider swearing you in as a member of this Department again, and what can you bring to us as a Department (min. 100 words): I don't have a right lot of words for this one, I bring back experience. I've been part of the faction since 2011. I have see many leaders, many changes, many additions, I know what to experience. And I know what experience I bring to the table.
