Section II: Motivational Information
2.1: Why do you want to return to the Red County Department (min. 50 words): With the revival of the Red County Fire Department I've been sitting and observing the faction to see how it has grown and developed. The revival of RCRP as a whole went significantly better than I honestly anticipated which is why I had not initially put in a reinstatement before the relaunch of the server. Now that I can see the server isn't going to just immediately flop, I'm looking to spend my time with the RCFD and assist however I can.
2.2: If brought back into the Red County Department what do you think you can change or make better (min. 50 words): I have no insight into the internal operational or administrative programs that the Red County Fire Department is currently offering and/or considering. Due to this, I am unable to provide sufficient information and or insight on how I could change or push the department to be better. However, my time both roleplaying and being a first responder outside of the game has given me plenty of insight that I can assure will at some point prove to be a benefit to the faction.
2.3: Why should we consider swearing you in as a member of this Department again, and what can you bring to us as a Department (min. 100 words): I have over 13 years of roleplay experience in specifically Fire/EMS roleplay as well as 11 years being a first responder in real life. I've held the position of Probationary Firefighter up to the position of Lieutenant with strong considerations for Captain before I moved to the northern part of my state to pursue a career with another organization. I have experience and knowledge in aggressive structural firefighting, technical rescue, hazardous materials incidents, station life, handling personnel issues, as well as building a positive culture to shape the direction of growth and morale an organization would want to pursue.
