2.1: Why do you want to return to the Red County Department (min. 50 words):
(( The RCFD was the first ever faction I have ever been a part of, on the first server I've ever played on. I have countless memories of being a part of this department, and it was a HUGE factor in making my RP quality what it is now. If I had never joined this back in 2017 (or 18 idk), I genuinely don't know what I'd be doing with my free time today. The RCFD founded my passion for text-based RP, and it's in my best interests to return to my original starting place. ))
2.2: If brought back into the Red County Department what do you think you can change or make better (min. 50 words):
(( I have a few things in mind that I could be a part of changing. However, I'm not sure what will be open to me upon my reinstatement shall it be accepted. One crucial thing is helping revive the academy process, and bringing back the enjoyment of a full class academy alongside fellow students. To elaborate on that, it's always a more interesting RP for both sides when there's a fully fledged academy with a well-structured training scheme and sufficient students in said academy. Bringing back the big ceremonies, celebratory events for new recruits, and a genuine enjoyable time while in the academy. To make this possible, there will need to be proper timelines in place for each batch to ensure the academies have an adequate amount of trainees. There are many, many different things I believe I could help change/restructure for the benefit of this faction. However, I won't explain them all here as it would be a three page reinstatement. This is just one example explaining my actual intentions of helping out. ))
2.3: Why should we consider swearing you in as a member of this Department again, and what can you bring to us as a Department (min. 100 words):
(( Without trying to reiterate on what I've said previously in other questions, I believe I can play a significant role in improving / restructuring certain aspects of the faction. I have a genuine passion to help out the new members that may not know much about in-depth medical / fire roleplay. I know I can be a positive-minded, useful resource for anyone with questions and help them out to the best of my abilities. I'd like to try and form a friendly and positive faction environment that can rely on each other for help in certain situations. I understand I've probably yapped much more than what's required in these answers, but these are things that I feel need to be stated for my intentions / motivations to be clear. ))

3.5: Why do you want to come back to the faction on an out of character level: This entire reinstatement has been made based off an OOC standpoint, given I was fired for an OOC reason. As well as the fact the server wasn't even a thing for a while, couldn't come up with much of a reason to return ICly. Made a new character for fresh development and realism aspects.
