2.1: Why do you want to return to the Red County Department (min. 50 words): I believe I previously made strong contributions to the development of the department. My prolonged stay and dedication to the Fire Service for almost 6 years have left me with nothing but good memories and a lot of friendships. I consider that the place that I can call home is here, and I have lived my fines years along the finest men the world can meet.
2.2: If brought back into the Red County Department what do you think you can change or make better (min. 50 words): There's nothing from my experience that I can't bring and make use of. But as of now, I can bring my strong dedication and will to contribute to the growth of this department. I have shown myself to be a dedicated, diligent, and valuable member of the FD and I plan to do so if I get reinstated.
2.3: Why should we consider swearing you in as a member of this Department again, and what can you bring to us as a Department (min. 100 words):
As previously stated, I have nothing but good words and good memories about my time in FD. I wish to reconnect with all the people that I have been missing for a long time and I wish to bring back the maximum potential within this department. People that remember my stay, I believe have nothing but good words on my behalf, and I believe I have been a great leader, a great example of dedication and professionalism to this department as a whole. I sincerely loved, and will continue to love working alongside my old colleagues and set an example for everyone around me.
