Section Four - Narrative
Narrative of Incident: Received a Departmental request from SASP of a crash landing of their helicopter. We responded, Tom immediately began extraction of the Pilot, no other souls were on board. No flame, No leak. I began a cross lay with an automatic fog nozzle. Class B Foam was used to spray down the helicopter. The helicopter was deemed fit for transportation and was dealt with further by Air Authorities.
