Chief Complaint: "LEFT ARM GSW"
Treatment Narrative
Upon arriving on scene the victim was alert and responsive with stable vitals. The victim had a singular GSW to his left arm, and the active bleeding had been stopped by a BLS certified trooper. I ensured the bleeding remained at the patients side and asked some general questions such as pain, overall the victim had a moderate pain rate, which he was offered relief for, however declined. At this point EMT Montgomery and EMT Walker arrived on scene and were tasked with transport to the receiving hospital.
