Chief Complaint: Big amount of pain in the area of legs (both broken legs)
Treatment Narrative
Upon our arrival, EMT Montgomery checked vitals while, I, Paramedic Delgado applied C-Collar on the patient's neck and started verbal conversation to get more information (And also to check AVPU) from him, since he was conscious, about the nature of the accident, pain, his personal information and also to give him support. EMT Montgomery then was given the task to treat wounds. Patient's both legs were fractured (open fractures) massively bleeding. Tourniquets were applied on both legs and later gauze and splints were applied to. The patient's pulse and breathing were increased just a little bit than usual. Nasal cannula with 4 LPM applied. Due to the amount of the pain, I administered fentanyl and later saline bag was connected too. Another check of vitals was made, by EMT Montgomery, after treating wounds and vitals were normal this time. The patient was placed on the scoop and transported to the CMM where he received further care.
