Chief Complaint: Stab Wound
Treatment Narrative
Male patient found laying lateral recumbent in lobby of Montgommery Block 7. Patient sustained a stab wound to the lower right posterior thoracic region, 4-6CM in length. Patient alert and oriented. Patient pale, diaphoretic. No other findings on physical exam. Wound bleeding heavily on EMS arrival. Wound packing performed, occlusive dressing applied. Patient responds with positive improvement in condition. Patient transported to CMH for further care in custody of SASP Detective Todd Baker.
