Treatment Narrative


PT was found unconscious with vitals as follows: 10 pulse/min and 3 breaths/min. No injuries and deformities were encountered upon inspection. IV set and epinephrine administered, didn't improved the PT's vitals. Declared as deceased due to the absence of a pulse. Coroners were dispatched to take care of the body.

1.1: Supervisor comments: I am confused as to why you administered epinephrine in this situation, considering the patient had a pulse at time of arrival. Atropine Sulfate is the more applicable medication in this case. Full CPR should also have been attempted upon loss of pulse.
