Treatment Narrative
At approximately 7:50 I was patrolling on the 46 when I was coming through Hampton Barns, I came across a trooper that was involved in a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrvial, I obtained the patient's vitals. His pulse was sixty-eight, her respiratory rate was fifteen, his blood pressure was one hundred and twenty, and his oxygen saturation was 97%. After that was done I noticed the patient had a small laceration to the forehead. I proceeded to treat the said laceration with a 4x4 gauze pad. After that was done I applied a C-Collar, and extracted the patient with a KED, and proceeded to transport him to CMM accordingly.
