Treatment Narrative
At approximately 8:30 I was patrolling around Palomino Creek when I came across an unreported Moter Vehicle Accident. Upon arrival, I radioed in for an additional unit to respond code three to the situation. I then proceeded to obtain the patient's vitals, his pulse was seventy, his respiratory rate was ten, his blood pressure was one hundred and twenty, and his oxygen saturation was 97%. I then proceeded to get an NRB mask and hook it up to the patient accordingly. After that was done I noticed the patient had a laceration to the forehead. When Rescue 811 arrived I told Ms. Monroe to treat the said laceration with a 4x4 gauze pad. We then proceeded to get a C-Collar and wrap it around the patient's neck. After that was done we transported the patient to CMM accordingly.
