Treatment Narrative
At 11:30 I received a radio transmission from Mrs. McCarty, stating that she saw an unreported situation located at Palomino Gas Station and that she was requesting backup code two to the situation. I then proceeded to respond code two to the situation. Upon arrival I obtained the patient's vitals, his pulse was one hundred fifteen, his respiratory rate was fifteen, his blood pressure was one hundred and twenty, and his oxygen saturation was 97%. After that was done Ms. McCarty was popping his dislocated arm back in place manual. After that was done I ask the patient if he wanted to be transported to CMM, in which case he said so I had him feel out a refusal of transport form.
