Treatment Narrative
At approximately 10:50 I received a radio transmission, stating that Firefighter Natasha Monroe was requesting backup at Palomino Creek Gas Station. I proceeded to respond code three to the situation. Upon arrival a white male with a baseball bat was standing over Natasha Monroe, I didn't leave my unit, because I decided it was unsafe, I proceeded to radio in SP, and while I was doing that the male ran away. I then proceeded to leave my unit, and approach the patient. I obtained the patient's vitals, her pulse was sixty-seven, her respiratory rate was fifteen, her blood pressure was one hundred and twenty, and her oxygen saturation was 97%. After that was done I noticed the patient had a laceration to her forehead, I proceeded to treat the said wound with a 4x4 gauze pad. After that was done the patient refused transport, in which I made her feel out a refusal of transport form.
