Treatment Narrative
At approximately 9:00 we received a departmental radio transmission from SBI, stating that a patient had been shot. I proceeded to respond code three to the situation. Upon arrival I obtained the patient's vitals, his pulse was sixty-four, his respiratory rate was six, his blood pressure was one hundred and twenty, and his oxygen saturation was 97%. After that was done I proceeded to get a BVM mask and hook it up to the patient. After that was done I proceeded to treat the Gun Shot Wounds with occlusive dressing. After that was done I proceeded to transport the patient to FCH accordingly.
