Chief Complaint: "I hhh-had an accident, c... move fell on water."


Treatment Narrative


At approximately 7:10 we received a niner, stating that some one was involved in an MVA just south of Fern Ridge on the forty-eight. I proceeded to respond code three to the situation. Upon arrival I obtain the patient's vitals, his pulse was one hundred eighty, his respiratory rate was six, his blood pressure was one hundred and twenty, and his oxygen saturation was 97%. I then proceeded to radio in an ALS certified colleagues, Tom Fox proceeded to respond code three to the situation. Upon arrival, he's hooked up an IV kit to the patient. While he was doing that I proceeded to get a BVM mask and hook it up to the patient. After that was done, I noticed a few lacerations to his forehead. I proceeded to treat the said laceration with a 4x4 gauze pad. After that was done, I proceeded to transport the patient to CMM accordingly.
