Chief Complaint: "MVA, 48 just coming out of Montgomery by the farm, East Side. Two cars."
Treatment Narrative
At approximately 8:00 we received a niner, stating that was an MVA on the Cypress road, just before Montgomery Farm. I proceeded to respond code three to the situation along with Rescue 11 (Lillie McCarty). Upon arrival the patient was alert, and I had realized he had a laceration to the forehead. I then treated the said laceration with a 4x4 gauze pad. After that was done I obtained the patient's vitals, his pulse was eighty-two, his respiratory rate was seventeen, his blood pressure was one hundred and twenty, and his oxygen saturation was 97%. I then proceeded to transport him to CMM.
