Treatment Narrative

At approximately 5:30 we received a departmental transmission from the State Police, stating that a male was injured at Montgomery Police Department. I proceeded to respond code three to the situation. Upon arrival I obtained the patient's vitals, his pulse was seventy, his respiratory rate was fifteen, his blood pressure was one hundred and twenty, and his oxygen saturation was 96%. I then noticed he was bleeding from his head, I proceeded to treat the said wound with a 4x4 gauze pad. After that was done I got a scoop and transported him accordingly.
