Treatment Narrative
At approximately 9:35 we received a niner about a white male that was injured. I then proceeded to respond code three to the situation. Upon arrival I noticed the patient had some bruising on his left leg, I then proceeded to treat the said bruising. After the bruise was dealt with I then obtained his vitals, all of them were normal. I then proceeded to transport him to CMM.
