Treatment Narrative
At approximately 11:30 PM, we received a departmental from SBI, about a female that was injured the location was forty-eight and elven. I then proceeded to respond code three along with QRV 11 to the situation. Upon arrival QRV 11 (Lillie McCarty) got the patients vitals while I treated the wound to the chest. We then proceeded to transport her to CMM.
