OOC MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the RCFD is to provide quality roleplay to all who interact with us. While we do not base ourselves off of a particular agency, we still encourage realism in our policies. Joining FD inherently means you will need to engage in large amounts of passive roleplay.
Our main focus is to provide simplistic roleplay that is both engaging and understood by the majority of players. With medical roleplay this is made difficult. We do however believe that with the proper guides and hands on training that it can be achieved. There will be times on duty you will go several hours without a call. This is when creating your own roleplay comes into play. We want the faction to be used as a canvas for creativity and proper character development.
Should you wish to partake in this you're encouraged to join. Though it can be intimidating at first, we believe our approach to it will prove rewarding for those who choose to be involved. We can't wait to see new faces and old faces alike.
