Section II: Motivational Information
2.1: Why do you want to return to the Red County Department (min. 50 words): I had much fun in the departament roleplaying as an emt. Would love to continue my journey in this departament, i learned from that stupid mistake i done, i won't repeat it again. Working in this departament is worth to me more than working most of the factions. Also i miss all the situations and roleplay emt has to offer and would proudly continue it if i got second chance to prove myself that i'm worth being part of the fire departament.
2.2: If brought back into the Red County Department what do you think you can change or make better (min. 50 words): I would continue my journey to become professional qualified worker. Also another reason I want to come back to the departament is that i have experience in emt work at very little career i gained much experience in treating and saving injured people, i think my experience would be good to pass to new people who are trying to become qualified emt's. Departament now is very professional and i would try to learn from the current members as much good things as i could.
2.3: Why should we consider swearing you in as a member of this Department again, and what can you bring to us as a Department (min. 100 words): First of all i'm quick learner, in my short career at the fire departament i've dealth with alot of injured people, all kinds of wounds. Second reason that I have what it takes to be an emt and firefighter in future if that is possible, i have strong character i like working in a team. I would sacrifice my comfort to help people and work in this departament for the sake of well-being of others. Another reason you should consider to bring me back is that i'm active in-game I think other former colleagues could say that too. And last reason is that I could bring my knowledge to new people coming into the departament and help them in any way possible related to work. Also I had a recommendation letter from one firefighter, i can't remember from which one, but that is also a prove that i did my work right in this departament.

3.5: Why do you want to come back to the faction on an out of character level: I realized how stupid that staling rp mistake was. Got alot of time to think about that mistake and what I did wrong and what i could have done right in that situation to avoid the bad consequnces I got. I came to conclusion that work position is worth to me much more than most of things in the game. Hopefully I could continue my journey in FD and won't repeat this dumb mistake ever again.
