Section II: Motivational Information
2.1: Why do you want to return to the Red County Department (min. 50 words): After a few weeks away and time to regroup and recovering more from complex health issues, I feel as though I can come back in better capacity than before and provide more to the faction than the previous tenure. I'd love to be able to give it another crack and be better this time around, given the chance. I'd like to be placed in a capacity based around the Emergency Medical Services if accepted, in whatever capacity that is, I'll leave that for you guys to discuss.
2.2: If brought back into the Red County Department what do you think you can change or make better (min. 50 words): Activity for one, I feel as though I am now in a position to be able to dedicate more time than before and be more active around the faction IG, rather than just Discord, which I would pop into every so often, due to limited time. I also think I may be able to help around other areas of the faction if accepted, such as recruitment.
2.3: Why should we consider swearing you in as a member of this Department again, and what can you bring to us as a Department (min. 100 words): I can bring good quality roleplay, development not only as a character, but offering development to the faction's image. As well as this, I think I have been around the block enough times to know what is expected and how to uphold faction standards from multiple years of past experience, on multiple different serves, including RCRP as of recent. That, paired up with increased activity than last time, is something I can offer this time around if I was to be accepted back. I also feel like I can offer support wherever needed and be up to the task to fulfill any extra duty work to the fullest.

3.5: Why do you want to come back to the faction on an out of character level: All the reasons listed before, I feel as though this time around, I have got that extra time to put in this time around. Also people note, I'm waiting on a name-change to Khadija Roberts, the admin record and /stats above is the character I'm waiting for the change on, so they'll be the same.
