Section II: Motivational Information
2.1: Why do you want to return to the Red County Department (min. 50 words): I would like to return to the Red County Fire Department because i feel like i have so many more things to offer both to the Department and the citizens. Also, i feel like i didn't fulfill all my duties as a firefighter yet and i can't my peace until i do so.
2.2: If brought back into the Red County Department what do you think you can change or make better (min. 50 words): If I'll be brought back in the Department i will try to improve the relations between citizens and the Department and make sure that all people are aware of the county's fire regulations.
2.3: Why should we consider swearing you in as a member of this Department again, and what can you bring to us as a Department (min. 100 words): As i stated above, I think that you should consider swearing me in again would benefit the Department. Considering my previous experience with the Special Operations Division and the Fire Marshal's office, I won't have any problems in joining back the Department. I also would like to get back in touch with all of my fellow colleagues because back at station 10 we were making a very good team. And I would like to realize some great things for this city alongisde other firefighters.
