REINSTATEMENT INFORMATION
Request Information
In order to be eligible for reinstatement consideration you must meet a few set of requirements such as:
- 1. Held the rank of Firefighter I or EMT
2. Passed probation,
3. Not had recent serious disciplinary actions taken against you prior to leaving or being terminated,
(( 4. Must not have any recent server administrative punishments on your record. ))
If you meet those few requirements, then you are encouraged to use the format below to submit a reinstatement request titled as your first and last name.
