1.5: Reason for Termination:Had to leave town for urgent matters that I cannot disclose here but things happened and I am very sorry about that.
Section II: Motivational Information
2.1: Why do you want to return to the Red County Department (min. 50 words): I wish to do my old job and continue a legacy that was left behind. Saving lives and being part of Red County Fire Department is a big honor for everyone and it's an opportunity everyone wouldn't want to miss. This is what I love to do and I have a big passion for it.
2.2: If brought back into the Red County Department what do you think you can change or make better (min. 50 words): I believe I can be helpful, I was in that department once upon a time and I used to do my job efficiently. The pressure of firefighting or EMT wasn't a big challenge for me moreover I plan to be really active this time whereas I will be around when a situation requires me.
2.3: Why should we consider swearing you in as a member of this Department again, and what can you bring to us as a Department (min. 100 words): I will be around to help when the situation requires it, I am back in this town for the sole purpose of this job, it's almost the focal point of my life to work as an EMT/Firefighter. I can do my job efficiently and being a part of the department isn't news to me. I know my way around. I do really miss this department and the people I used to hang around with. All I am asking for is a chance to prove myself worthy of serving under you. I am better than before and I assure you that I will be loyal to the department this time.

3.5: Why do you want to come back to the faction on an out of character level:The server is active again and this opens up a lot of space for some new character development and roleplay. Last time the server was dead and I couldn't experience much roleplay being in the department but now is the time to continue what I wished would happen a few years ago.
