2.1: Why do you want to return to the Red County Department (min. 50 words):
During my absence I felt I missed something, after years of different careers I remembered it was the camaraderie, brotherhood and having a purpose in life I was missing. Be it saving peoples lives or cooking a meal with the coworkers, that is what I miss and why I wish to return.
2.2: If brought back into the Red County Department what do you think you can change or make better (min. 50 words):
Being from the old school, which is not always the best but I believe we have a great sense of loyalty, discipline and ingenuity that we can bring to the younger and newer generation that joins the force, aswell as them teaching us new things, perhaps I can bring balance, but most of all I bring experience.
2.3: Why should we consider swearing you in as a member of this Department again, and what can you bring to us as a Department (min. 100 words):
At 39 years old, i'm an ideal candidate for rehiring at the Red County Fire Department in San Andreas. My extensive experience, acquired through years of dedicated service, encompasses a proven ability to navigate diverse emergency scenarios. Having strategic thinking and adept decision-making, honed through countless operational challenges, make me a valuable asset. My commitment to ongoing professional development ensures I remain at the forefront of firefighting advancements. With a capacity for leadership, teamwork, and a deep understanding of Red County's specific needs, I humbly stand ready to seamlessly reintegrate, contributing significantly to the department's mission of safeguarding lives and property in the community.

3.5: Why do you want to come back to the faction on an out of character level:
I heard about the RCRP revival, having joined the server back in late 2010, early 2011 my first "real" faction was the fire department. I was in and out of FD through the years and having many characters with different names it's quite hard to remember every FD character and rank.
I also remember during my last days playing on the server before real life came into play, how dead FD were and how everyone just lost interest in it, which I find sad and I miss the glory days of FD when it had many members, hopefully FD keeps thriving with many members for years to come.
