2.1: Why do you want to return to the Red County Department (min. 50 words):
As I was forced to give up my job due to issues related with my family, I always wanted to get a grip back onto it whenever possible. And the day has come when my desire is somewhat close to the reality and is an actual possibility rather than a dream as my personal life conditions have bettered.
2.2: If brought back into the Red County Department what do you think you can change or make better (min. 50 words):
I was a qualified and proud member of our department during my past service time. I had an honor of serving as a notable commanding member of the Special Operations Division during my term. I was prominent in developing and leading the division, and I ensured that we were prepared for any type of emergencies as a team.
If given the opportunity to return, I will uphold the values of this our beloved department, and contribute my highest for its development. I am excited to rejoin a team that I admire and to contribute to the important work that we did and will continue doing.
2.3: Why should we consider swearing you in as a member of this Department again, and what can you bring to us as a Department:
One of my most significant contributions was in the area of training, where I had the opportunity to mentor and guide many of the Special Operations Division's operators. I took great pride in instilling in each team member the skills and mindset required for handling complex and high-stakes operations, and I took great pride in fostering an environment of excellence and professionalism.
While my previous accomplishments demonstrate my dedication and capability, I approach the prospect of rejoining the Department with humility. I recognize that circumstances may have changed since my departure, and I am open to learning and adapting to any changes that have occurred since my departure.
